Most classes are a series of lessons, with several dog/person teams in each class. Classes are held at different levels (from beginner through to advanced).
These classes are held at Branchwater Farm, and are sponsored by ODTC. Please
see the Branchwater website for the latest schedule and pricing.
Currently we do not offer drop-in classes.
Private lessons are by appointment only. Lessons cover all aspects of hunting for rats with your dog.

COVID classes are outside, under a pole barn. Generally, if the temperature for 6pm is forecast to be less than 32 degrees or more than 90 degrees, classes are cancelled.
NON-COVID classes are held indoors in a fully air conditioned building. Classes are normally only cancelled if there is severe weather making driving and access to the farm difficult.
We offer half and whole-day seminars for newcomers. They usually take place on a Saturday or Sunday,
and are in a group of about 6 to 10 people. Dogs still get individual time in the ring!
Starting in the Spring of 2021, we are planning a half-day advanced seminar. Participants must have handled (even if you didn't qualify) in at least a Senior class.
The seminar is predominantly in the classroom, but participants will be given the opportunity for a run-through after the seminar.
